SHIPPING PROCESS AT BZAR:

ORDER DISPATCH: We understand the anticipation of receiving your order promptly. At BZAR, we strive to dispatch all orders discreetly packaged within 48 hours of order confirmation. Although it is our goal to send every product at once, there may be times when product availability prevents this from happening. We will notify you via email in such a circumstance.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION: You will receive an email from us as soon as your order is departed. The email will contain all the necessary information like your order ID and expected date of delivery.

TRACKING THE ORDER: You will get an email from our end with all the order details including your tracking ID, and details of the courier company. You can easily track your order online once it leaves our warehouse for delivery.

DELIVERY TIMELINES: We strive to deliver all orders within 2–10 working days. Some remote locations, such as Northeast, J&K, and Kerala, may experience longer delivery times.

DELIVERY LOCATION: BZAR's lingerie collections are available for delivery across India.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a package that is damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept the delivery. With your order number in hand, call [customer service number] and we will make the earliest possible arrangements for a replacement delivery.

MISSING PRODUCTS: Please email us or call [customer service number] right away if any products are missing from your package. We will resolve the issue promptly.

DELAYED DELIVERIES: We make sure that your orders are delivered on time or even before the expected date of delivery and we try our best for that. But, by any chance your order is delayed, you can raise a ticket or contact our support portal. We will respond quickly and address the related issue at our earliest.
